Our vanity tops are complex polymer castings which require painstaking
dedication to a demanding production process. A combination of premium
materials, metered and mixed in the correct proportions and cured
under the proper conditions, is crucial to achieving a superior product.
Consistent quality control procedures in the mixing, casting and curing
process insure the structural integrity of the finished product and
prevent potential problems resulting from thermal stress that hot
and cold water place on the bowl area.

Thermal
Stress Distribution Test Red and yellow indicate the areas
where vanity tops receive the greatest amount of thermal stress resulting
from the temperature extremes of hot and cold water. When properly
manufactured, vanity tops are able to withstand this severe everyday
stress without cracking and crazing around the drain area.
Marbelite
